An holistic perspective on Quality: organizational culture, sustainability and the future of Quality

With this survey, Portuguese Association for Quality (APQ) aims to learn more about the organizational culture towards Quality, sustainability and the future of Quality and the relationship between these concepts.

Researchers have been paying considerable attention to the concepts mentioned above and, on an overall basis, the results support the emergence of positive impacts through the adoption of an organizational culture towards Quality and organizational excellence and sustainability related concepts.

 

This survey aims to collect information from companies regardless the activity sector, dimension or the location.

Please participate in this global research designed with the participation of experts’ university scholars, by fulfilling the following survey (estimated time 8 minutes). All individual responses will be strictly confidential and solely the aggregate results will be reported.
